Just in case you missed my Tweet from the Junior Carnival Parade on Saturday. Carnival Nationz is the band of the year at the Toronto Caribbean Carnival's Junior Carnival Parade. Jamaal Magloire's Toronto Revellers place second. Third place went to Louis Saldenah's Mas K Camp.

JUNIOR CARNIVAL QUEEN

The Junior Carnival Queen this year is Kaia Cassell, for her portrayal of The Carian …. Spirit Of The Bird People. She is with Carnival Nationz. The Nest.
Second Place honours go to Caneisha Edwards for her portrayal of The Flamingo Queen. She is with Dexter Seusahai's Tribal Carnival. Paradise.
Third Place honours were won by Madison Defreitas-Robinson for her portrayal of The Locust and The Warrior. She is with Louis Saldenah's Mas-K Club. Outta Africa.
Fourth Place was taken by Mellissa Perry as Tlaltecuhtli-Queen Protector Of The Rainforest. She is with the Toronto Revellers. Lost In the Rainforest.

JUNIOR CARNIVAL KING

The Junior Carnival King this year is Marven Lee, for his portrayal of Chango - The Fire Dancer. He is with Louis Saldenah's Mas K Camp. Outta Africa.
Second was Evans Murphy for his portrayal of Predator of the Rainforest Waters. Jamaal Magloire's Toronto Revellers, Lost in the Rainforest.
Josh Martinez took third place as the"D" Matador. He is with Jerrol Augustine's Durham Mas. Festivals Of Nations 
Darren Beckles won fourth place honours for his portrayal of the Scarlet Ibis with Whitfield Belasco's Costume Creators. Islands In 
The Sun

JUNIOR FEMALE INDIVIDUAL & JUNIOR MALE INDIVIDUAL

The Junior Female Individual Title went to Reeyana Singh for her portrayal of Bird of Paradise. She is with Marcus Eustace/Bryce Aguiton's Carnival Nationz. The Nest.
Second place went to Makeda Joseph -Brerreton for her portrayal of Nubian Royalty. She is with Louis Saldenah's Mas K Camp. Outta Africa.
Third place honours were won by Keyra Whiting for her portrayal of Victoria Falls. She is also with the Mas K Camp. Outta Africa.
Gabriela Sealey, placed fourth performing Bird of Paradise. She is with Jamaal Magloire's Revellers. Lost In The Rainforest.

The Junior Male Individual Title went to Amari Balroop for his portrayal of Zulu Spirit. He is is with Louis Saldenah's Mas K Camp. Outta Africa.
Second place went to Omari Bowen-Ochere for his portrayal of The Brazilian Parrot. He plays Mas with Dexter Seusahai's Tribal Carnival. Tribal Carnival Paradise.
Third place honours were won by Eric Whiting for playing Savannah Lust. He is with Louis Saldenah's Mas K Camp. Outta Africa.
Kane Grant came in fourth with his portrayal of Amalivaca-Cultural Hero of the Caribs. He played with Dwayne Gunness and Sunlime Canada. Tribes B.C.(Before Columbus)
